Today was an interesting and satisfying day as a Neurologist, got to see two patients of TPP at two different hospitals. One patient was from Dhar with a history of acute onset weakness of all four limbs of 8 hours duration with serum potassium levels of 1. 5meq/l and TSH <0. 03 with the previous history of 2 episodes. Second pt was from Khandwa district with the acute onswt weakness of all four limb of one day. He also has a Low serum level of 2. 0meq/l with hyperthyroidism presentation TSH <0. 01. Previous history of one episode. Both were managed successfully and are stable.

TPP is rare conditions with a combination of hypokalemia, weakness, and hyperthyroidism.
